IGI’s Wax Product Range

  • Paraffin Waxes: IGI produces paraffin waxes in various forms, including slabs, free-flowing granules, and free-flowing pastilles. IGI’s fully refined paraffin wax typically contains less than 0.5& oil by weight, and most varieties meet FDA requirements 178.3710, making them suitable for the food industry.
  • Petrolatum: IGI’s petrolatum products can be applied in the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals industries. Petrolatum is a semi-solid dispersion of liquid and solid hydrocarbons, combining paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax, and white mineral oil, with a salve-like, unctuous consistency.
