About us

Active for our departments in the coatings industry, we focus mainly on technical raw materials and are experiencing healthy growth as a company. Due to the specialized nature of the products, quality and service orientation are of paramount importance to us. The working environment is very international.

We work closely together in an international team of professionals, which ensures short lines of communication. Each unit is supported by an office staff, responsible for making order confirmations and logistics.

Your tasks:

You are, under the supervision of the respective product manager, responsible for the successful expansion of the product group Coatings, maintaining daily existing customer contacts and initiating new contacts/leads with the aim of expanding the customer base and increasing the market share of the product group. The commercial smooth functioning of these product groups are part of your task. As a sales manager, you are able to conduct technical sales meetings with both customers and suppliers. It is essential that you are able to translate the customer's needs into technical product solutions. As technical commercial contact person, you are the source of innovation, market trends, market value & supply for your relations.  

It concerns a combination of an inside and an outside service function, whereby you will visit customers and prospects for a few days every week, both nationally and internationally.

After an intensive training period we offer an independent position with room for own initiative and further development. Employment conditions are in line with the market and depend on experience and age. The appointment will be a full-time contract for a definite period of time, which can be converted into a permanent contract after proven suitability.

We ask:

In order to do full justice to your qualities within our organization, you must have a Bachelor's degree in technical-commercial engineering. You are naturally passionate about chemistry and are ready for a new challenge after 5-10 years of work experience. A commercial challenge in which your professionalism, dedication and accuracy are of great importance. Innovation is a driver for you to make a difference in a competitive market. With enthusiasm and inspiring energy you and your future colleagues contribute to the realization of your commercial goals. After an introductory period, you will work independently to achieve your objectives in which you will communicate in English. (speaking and writing). In addition to technical knowledge and understanding, you also have a good command of modern IT tools (Navision AX 2009, Outlook, MS Office).
